Appointment Cancellation Policy
Participants can cancel or reschedule any one-on-one appointment (e.g., individual coaching) or any custom group appointment (e.g., a special family- or holiday-adventure) with 24 hours notice. Participants will be charged for appointments when cancellation happens with less than 24 hours notice, or when a participant fails to attend a scheduled appointment.
Group Experience Withdrawal Policy
We offer credit and refund options should you need to withdraw your student from a group learning experience (e.g., an adventure group or mathematics workshop). Please note that we require notice at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the experience. We appreciate your understanding that this two-week window allows Mythematics, as a small independent business, time to allow other families to fill spots that would otherwise go empty. No refunds will be provided for a group learning experience after its scheduled start date.
Credit toward a future program of equal or lesser value will be honored up to one full year from the date of the initial payment. When you are ready to redeem a credit, please reach out by email or using the contact form on our website.
Refunds (minus a processing fee) will be submitted to the payment method used. Refund processing typically takes 5 to 10 days depending on the bank or card issuer. The non-refundable processing fee is charged by the secure payment processing service that we use to accept credit card payments.
